Authored a publication for Transparency International BiH titled: Gender and Corruption in Failed Democracies that examines the relationship between the two in fragile states. The book was launched on 27 May in a webinar opened by the Swedish Ambassador to Sarajevo.
Won OSCE contract in August 2019 for a new project in Albania, due to close later in the year with an assessment of the Albanian 5-year Anti-Corruption Strategy and a list of recommendations going forward into a new planning cycle.
Successfully completed the project of EU4Business Secretariat implemented by EY in early August 2019, with the Annual Report submitted and published on the status of EU4Business initiative in the Eastern Partner countries, 6 Country Reports for each and the closing project reports, incl. 6 for each country.
Prepared and ran EU4Business National Roundtables in Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine in Feb-May 2019 with the participation of all key stakeholders (up to 50 participants per meeting) and previously SME focus group as a discussion input
Attended the OECD's annual Eurasia Week in Paris in November 2018 where an assessment of regulatory reforms in Azerbaijan and Georgia were conducted within the framework of EU4Business
Participated in the key global gathering of experts, practitioners and advocates: International Anti-Corruption Conference held in October 2018 in Copenhagen (following the Annual Membership Meeting of Transparency International). As Chair of the Anti-Corruption Award Committee, led the award ceremony that recognised the courage ofAna Garido Ramos and Daphne Caruana Galizia (posthumous).
From November 2017 leading the SME development component of the European Commission's project EU4Business in the countries of Eastern Partnership (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine). Lecturing at the Academy for Political Empowering of Women in Bosnia and Herzegovina (2016-2018) on Gender and Leadership and Gender and Corruption, a project of Transparency International BiH across nine cities in the whole country
In June and July 2017, prepared, managed and successfully delivered a 3-day train-the-trainers course in anti-corruption to the variety of stakeholders in Baku, Azerbaijan, under the project run by the Council of Europe.
From 10 May 2017 supporting the OSCE Mission in Albania, Governance in Economic and Environmental Issues Department in conducting comprehensive research of the private sector on the investment climate in the country. The project runs until October 2017.
